We’re looking for a hands‑on Product Development professional to help expand and manage our party supplies line. This role owns the product lifecycle—from idea to production—working closely with sourcing, design, and operations to bring on‑trend, high‑quality products to market.
Key Responsibilities
Research trends and identify new product opportunities in partyware and seasonal goods Manage product development from concept through production and launch Work directly with domestic and overseas factories on specs, materials, pricing, and timelines Review samples, manage revisions, and ensure products meet quality standards Coordinate with internal teams on packaging, branding, and compliance requirements Maintain product documentation, costing, and timelines Help improve and streamline product development processes Qualifications
1–3+ years of product development experience in CPG, party supplies, tabletop, or related categories Experience working with manufacturers and managing samples and production Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven Comfortable juggling multiple projects at once Experience in the party space or seasonal consumer goods is a strong plus Why Join Us
