Base Pay Range $100.00/hr - $111.00/hr
Location: Cupertino, CA
Schedule: In‑Office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday; Remote Monday, Friday
Responsibilities We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative Project Manager to join the Worldwide App Store Marketing team. This role is central to our client’s operational excellence, acting as the key hub for their entire portfolio of marketing campaigns. You will maintain a holistic, global view of all active and upcoming campaigns, tracking key milestones, dependencies, and priorities to ensure we are all working in concert.
In addition to this operational oversight, you will take on the direct project management of 2–3 of our most complex, high‑priority global campaigns. For these projects you will partner with the campaign marketing lead to drive the work from kickoff to launch, building and managing detailed workback schedules, orchestrating cross‑functional teams (including Editorial, PR, Business Management, Creative, and Retail), and ensuring flawless execution.
As the engine of these campaigns you will be responsible for removing obstacles, facilitating key approvals, and ensuring we deliver world‑class marketing on time.
Key Qualifications
7+ years of experience in marketing project management, program management, or production within a fast‑paced environment
Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively in a large, matrixed organization
Exceptional organizational skills and an obsession with detail, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Expertise in building and managing detailed campaign workback schedules, identifying dependencies, and mitigating risks to timelines
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently lead cross‑functional meetings and drive decision‑making
A proactive and resourceful problem‑solver, skilled at identifying and removing blockers to keep projects on track
Experience working on global campaigns and coordinating with international teams to ensure regional alignment and successful execution
Adept at collecting and consolidating feedback from a variety of stakeholders
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required
A blend of in‑house experience at a large, global brand and prior agency experience is highly desired
Direct experience working with marketing teams in EMEIA and APAC regions
Passion for and familiarity with the world of apps, digital services, or technology marketing
