Job Title: CNC Programmer / Machinist

What’s the Job?
Program CNC machines using MasterCam for multi‑axis tool paths.
Manufacture high‑performance racing engine components.
Design and develop fixtures and tooling.
Perform CNC setup and operation.
Generate technical reports and support project management under tight deadlines.
What’s Needed?
7+ years of experience in CNC programming and machining.
Proficiency in MasterCam and CAD/CAM software (CATIA V5 AMG preferred).
Strong background in close‑tolerance machining and machine setup procedures.
Ability to design and develop tooling and fixtures based on engineering drawings.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
