Responsibilities
Own and nurture relationships with customers in a team-based selling model.
Deliver sales presentations, educate customers on ordering platforms, and provide menu consultations and pricing strategies.
Identify and develop new business opportunities using market intelligence, business directories, trade shows, and networking.
Collaborate with specialists, marketing, supply chain, and customer service to ensure seamless product delivery.
Support delivery routing, troubleshoot order process issues, and maintain accurate reporting.
Maintain knowledge of market conditions, product innovations, and competitor information to provide value-added services.
Drive daily territory visits and maintain personal business metrics.
Minimum Qualifications
1+ year of sales experience preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
A valid driver’s license; a clean motor vehicle record.
Foodservice industry, culinary, restaurant management, or hospitality experience preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build internal and external relationships and cold call to generate new business.
Exceptional customer service, interpersonal skills and teamwork mindset.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
Occasional lifting or carrying up to 75 lbs.

Compensation depends on relevant experience, education and other factors. The expected base rate for this role is between $50,000 and $90,000.
