Programmer Analyst 3 – B92-Programming/Analysis

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain software applications.

Gather, analyze, and validate end-user requirements to ensure alignment with project goals.

Write, compile, and optimize code;build database objects;ensure security and compatibility.

Modify and upgrade applications to enhance functionality and performance.

Troubleshoot software issues and recommend improvements.

Perform security scans and address IT compliance items.

Collaborate with team members for application server setup and integration of COTS and in-house applications.

Maintain technical documentation including design specs, user guides, and release notes.

Required Skills

Active DoD Top Secret Clearance

5+ years in software development with application integration and system architecture

5+ years in .NET technologies, web services, and client-side development

3+ years in Microsoft SharePoint development (Designer, workflow customizations)

3+ years writing SQL Server or Oracle queries

Preferred Skills

Security+ certification (or ability to obtain)

5+ years SharePoint admin/development

3+ years ColdFusion development

3+ years web services and client-side tech (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks: jQuery, Angular, ReactJS)

3+ years in Agile, configuration management, and software requirements
