Key Responsibilities

Channel & Account Management

Manage key fashion and lifestyle retail partnerships—including Zumiez, Tillys, PacSun, Urban Outfitters, Kith, Dover Street Market, Extra Butter, and other strategic accounts, as well as our Fashion Distributor.

Identify, secure, and support the opening of new high-value accounts aligned with Casio’s brand elevation goals.

Strengthen and expand distribution within existing accounts through curated assortments, premium positioning, and improved sell-through.

Support Luxury Fashion partners and premium placements to maintain brand consistency in visual identity, positioning, and pricing.

Drive annual revenue, growth strategy, ASP goals, and distribution planning for the Fashion channel.

Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to build seasonal product and account strategies.

Establish segmentation guardrails to protect brand equity and maintain clear channel differentiation across Fashion and Luxury Fashion.

Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for growth, corrective actions, and strategic improvement.

Leverage industry knowledge and connections to develop compelling collaboration models with the Casio Marketing team and Casio Tokyo teams.

Expand Casio and G‑Shock into new channels online and in store.

Represent Casio at fashion events, trade shows, cultural activations, and key account meetings.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging retail concepts to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Build and maintain relationships with industry leaders, buyers, influencers, and tastemakers.

Oversee operational activities across Fashion accounts including item setup, forecasting, UPC accuracy, new launches, and timely execution.

Ensure alignment and coordination across internal teams: Planning, Operations, Logistics, Marketing, and Finance.

Implement processes to reduce errors, improve efficiency, and support scalable growth.

Work closely with Department Store leadership on shared accounts, seasonal launches, and aligned assortments.

Provide input to Luxury Fashion partners to support premium initiatives.

Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on fashion trends, channel dynamics, and consumer behavior.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or 5–7 years of experience in Fashion, Lifestyle, Streetwear, or Premium Consumer Goods, including national account ownership.

Deep knowledge of Fashion/Lifestyle retail—Zumiez, Tillys, Urban Outfitters, FootLocker Inc., Kith, Dover Street Market, Extra Butter, and similar directional partners.

Demonstrated success in growing premium or culturally relevant brands within key retail channels.

Strong analytical, strategic, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.

Excellent communication skills and experience driving cross‑functional alignment.

Highly organized, self‑driven, and able to lead in a fast‑moving environment.

Willingness to travel regularly for meetings, events, and market visits.

Location This role is hybrid and requires a minimum of 3 days on‑site in our Jersey City, NJ office.
