Summary We are seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer to design, build, and support enterprise business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. This role plays a key part in digital transformation initiatives, including migrating legacy Nintex forms to modern SharePoint embedded Power Apps while ensuring strong governance, security, and scalability.

Responsibilities

Design and develop custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Embedded)

Automate workflows using Power Automate

Lead migration of Nintex Forms and Workflows to SharePoint Embedded Power Apps

Integrate solutions with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Dataverse, and external data sources

Translate business requirements into functional, scalable Power Platform solutions

Apply governance, security, and best practices across Power Platform environments

Support transition from SharePoint classic pages to modern pages

Document technical designs, configurations, and user guidance

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and QA teams

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of overall application development experience

Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform:

Power Apps

Power Automate

SharePoint Online

Dataverse (CDS)

Proven experience migrating Nintex Forms to Power Apps

Advanced Power Fx skills (complex logic, repeating sections, business rules)

Experience integrating with Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint

Strong governance and security knowledge within Power Platform

Ability to hit the ground running in a fast‑paced enterprise environment
