Responsibilities

S4 Public Cloud Engagement Management: Lead the design and delivery of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Professional Services (PSA) Engagement Management capabilities, including project setup, resource planning, billing, and revenue recognition.

Finance Integration: Ensure seamless integration between Engagement Management and Finance processes (Record to Report, Order to Cash), covering project accounting, margin analysis, intercompany processing, and financial close.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Procurement, and Sales workstreams to define integrated processes that support project lifecycle management and financial transparency.

Solution Architecture: Apply SAP Public Cloud best practices for Professional Services and Finance integration, leveraging SAP BTP and related technologies where appropriate.

Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops with business leaders to validate requirements, define future-state processes, and align on transformation objectives.

Delivery Leadership: Manage configuration, testing, and cutover activities for Engagement Management and Finance integration, ensuring timely delivery and risk mitigation.

Data Governance & Migration: Collaborate with data teams to define data models, mapping, and migration strategies for engagement and finance data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 15+ years of consulting experience in ERP and finance transformation.

At least three full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations in Professional Services or Engagement Management, including Finance integration.

Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field; MBA or CPA strongly preferred.

Proven experience leading at least six full lifecycle SAP implementations focused on Professional Services Engagement Management and finance modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling, and Financial Close.

Demonstrated ability to lead workshops, define business-centric solutions, and integrate R2R processes with upstream and downstream modules such as Procurement, Sales, and Project Systems.

Exceptional program management and delivery execution skills in finance transformation programs, with experience leading all phases from planning and design through build, testing, cutover, and hypercare, while managing risks, issues, dependencies, and aligning with finance stakeholders.

Proven leadership in driving finance transformation and team performance, evidenced by mentoring and developing R2R talent, fostering process innovation, and producing high-quality, client-ready deliverables and thought leadership in digital finance.

Ability to travel as needed. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
