What You Will Get To Do The selected candidate will perform technical planning, system requirement development, requirements verification, and support reviews. Responsibilities include requirements development in DOORS and MBSE development in Cameo, in addition to coordination with design, test, and other teams.

You will demonstrate technical skills, organization, be an effective communicator, and a problem solver who can develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will demonstrate a commitment to ethics and integrity, and the capability to innovate. You will be able to operate in a team environment and collaborate across the program as required to accomplish tasking.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities General frequent use and application of technical standards, principles, theories, concepts and techniques. Demonstrates the skill and ability to perform moderately complex professional tasks. Problem Solving provides solutions to a variety of technical problems of increasing scope and complexity as assigned. Discretion/Latitude: Work is reviewed for soundness of technical judgment, overall adequacy and accuracy. Works under general supervision. Impact: Contributes to the completion of milestones associated with specific projects. Failure to achieve results or inadequate work product should be detected by supervisory oversight. Liaison: Primarily internal company contacts. Infrequent inter‑organizational and outside customer contacts on routine matters.

Basic Qualifications

Systems Engineer (Level 2): Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 2 years of experience with bachelor’s degree, or 0 years of experience with master’s degree.

Must be a U.S. Citizen with an Active DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years.

Must be able to be successfully screened for Enhanced Security Clearances, within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs.

2 years of experience with Systems Engineering Principles.

2 years of experience with Requirements Development.

Demonstrable understanding of MBSE (Model‑Based Systems Engineering) Principles.

Demonstrable understanding of the Agile Approach.

Principal Systems Engineer (Level 3): Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university and 5 years of experience with bachelor’s degree, 3 years of experience with master’s degree, 1 year of experience with PhD.

Must be a U.S. Citizen with an Active DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years.

Must be able to be successfully screened for Enhanced Security Clearances.

3 years of experience with Systems Engineering Principles.

3 years of experience with Requirements Development.

Demonstrable understanding of MBSE Principles.

Demonstrable understanding of the Agile Approach.

Preferred Qualifications

A general understanding of Engineering Board Processes.

Experience leading projects/assignments.

Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) or similar.

Experience working with Cameo or similar tools.

Experience working with DOORS or similar tools.

Experience with MBSE.

Salary Primary Level Salary Range: $79,300.00 – $118,900.00

Secondary Level Salary Range: $98,400.00 – $147,600.00

Payment terms: may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonus. Employees in VP or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
