Overview
We’re hiring an experienced 5‑Axis CNC Programmer to support complex, tight‑tolerance machining in a modern job‑shop / aerospace‑style environment. This is a hands‑on programming role, not a desk‑only position. You’ll own challenging 5‑axis programs, support the floor, and work closely with machinists to dial in processes.
We’re CAM‑agnostic — if you’re strong in any professional CAM package, we care more about your understanding of 5‑axis machining than the specific software.
Base Pay Range $35.00/yr - $55.00/yr
What You’ll Be Doing
Program complex 5‑axis CNC parts from solid models and prints
Support setup, prove‑outs, and first‑article runs on the floor
Optimize toolpaths, cycle times, and part quality
Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and leadership
Work with prototype and short‑run production parts
Maintain clear documentation and revision control
What We’re Looking For
3+ years CNC machining experience (with strong 5‑axis exposure)
Strong understanding of tooling, fixturing, and workholding
Comfortable supporting the floor and troubleshooting issues
Ability to read complex aerospace / tight‑tolerance prints
