Position Overview Bray International is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to lead sales growth across the Oklahoma region. In this role, you’ll develop new business, expand relationships with existing customers, and represent Bray’s industry-leading Process Control product line—including valves, actuators, and flow control solutions. You’ll act as a trusted technical advisor, helping clients improve reliability, efficiency, and performance across their operations.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Growth: Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing customers to achieve sales goals.
Manage Territory: Develop and execute strategic sales plans across Oklahoma City and the greater region.
Customer Engagement: Conduct site visits to assess operations and recommend tailored Bray solutions.
Product Expertise: Represent the full range of Bray Process Control products, demonstrating deep product knowledge and competitive advantages.
Technical Advocacy: Understand design specifications, applications, and industry standards to deliver high-value solutions.
Qualifications & Competencies
Location: Must reside in Oklahoma/Oklahoma City and be willing to travel within the territory and occasionally to Houston, Texas for training & development.
Experience: 2-5 years of successful technical sales experience in an industrial environment, ideally in valves, actuators, controls, instrumentation, or fluid handling systems. Experience with Oil & Gas, Water/Wastewater, HVAC, or manufacturing clients strongly preferred.
Education: High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, industrial distribution, or a related technical field preferred.
Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Strong technical acumen and problem‑solving mindset.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self‑motivated, organized, and goal‑oriented.
Travel Requirements:
Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable personal transportation.
Frequent travel within the territory; occasional travel to Houston, TX for training.
Background check includes, but is not limited to, a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), non‑DOT physical, and credit check.
