Milwaukee, WI Territory Account Executive
Join Toast as a Territory Sales Account Executive, helping restaurants adapt, take control, and thrive.
As part of a team transforming the way restaurants operate, you will prospect, build relationships, and sign up new restaurateurs in your local area. Using a consultative approach, you’ll develop a customized solution that meets each prospect’s unique needs and advance the Toast brand in the Milwaukee, WI territory.
Responsibilities
Generate a list of prospective restaurants and manage the entire sales cycle from initial call to close.
Conduct demos and develop solutions that best meet the prospect’s needs.
Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure expectations set during the sales process are met in delivery.
Leverage Salesforce (our CRM) to manage all sales activities.
Understand the competitive landscape and position Toast effectively in the market.
Requirements
1+ years of experience in a sourcing or closing sales role, restaurant operations, or a related field and industry.
Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed) as this is a field position.
Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills; ability to sell and negotiate at all decision‑making levels.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial, team environment.
Self‑motivated, creative, and flexible.
General technical proficiency with software.
Nice‑to‑Haves
Experience with Salesforce CRM.

Total Rewards We offer competitive compensation and benefits, including total target cash compensation that ranges from $129,000 to $206,000 USD. This role qualifies for uncapped commissions.
