Position Overview As an Inbound Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for businesses reaching out through our website or digital campaigns, guiding actively interested prospects through the sales process by qualifying needs, delivering tailored solutions, and closing deals efficiently. The role requires confidence in managing a full inbound sales funnel independently and involves frequent travel to meet prospects, assess sites, and build strong face‑to‑face client relationships.

Primary Objective Convert inbound leads into revenue by managing the full sales cycle, qualifying prospects, delivering tailored solutions, and closing deals. The role involves frequent travel for site visits and building relationships. Success requires a consultative approach, strong pipeline management, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Lead Management: respond to inbound leads promptly, qualify prospects, guide them through the full sales cycle—from discovery to close; conduct virtual walkthroughs and demos; prepare custom proposals; maintain pipeline momentum using CRM.

Sales Execution and Process Management: consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals by effectively managing and closing deals; maintain accurate records in the CRM; coordinate post‑sale transition with internal teams.

Business Development, Sales Strategy and Pipeline Management: lead sales initiatives, identify and secure new business opportunities via inside sales calls, and strategic relationships; oversee sales pipeline to ensure timely follow‑up on contracts, proposals, and presentations.

Client Relationship Management, Networking and Community Engagement: build and maintain strong relationships with national and local clients through proactive outreach; cultivate new business opportunities for long‑term growth.

Travel and Relationship Management: travel frequently for on‑site performance, resolve challenges, and maintain high‑touch client relationships; provide regular updates to leadership.

Additional Responsibilities: flexible and responsive to evolving business needs; attend staff meetings; complete training modules; work flexible hours if required.

Competency/Qualifications

Education/Experience:

3+ years inbound B2B sales experience in service or solution sales; proven success managing inbound leads; ability to sell to executives and property stakeholders.

Self‑motivated, organized professional who works independently in a fast‑paced environment; based in Nashville, TN; can travel up to 25%.

Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years sales experience in hospitality, healthcare, or parking preferred.

Proficiency with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, and CRM software required.

Preferred experience in parking, real estate, logistics, property management, field sales, territory management, or pharma‑style sales and familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or ZoomInfo.

Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean background check required; no more than three moving violations in three years.

Travel & Work Environment Frequent travel required; both indoor and outdoor settings; collaboration with teams, vendors, and clients on‑site and in corporate environments; may require use of personal cell phone for work communication.

Physical Demands Extended periods of sitting, standing, walking; ability to lift moderate weights; vision requirements: close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, focus adjustments.
