Bilingual Leasing Professional (English/Spanish required)
who is passionate about customer service and excited to grow in the property management industry.

Key Responsibilities
Show apartments and guide prospects through the leasing process
Process applications and collect deposits
Maintain accurate records and assist residents professionally
Promote the community through outreach and social media
Ensure vacant units are clean and tour-ready
Uphold Fair Housing regulations and company policies
Qualifications
Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
High school diploma or GED
Leasing experience preferred. Sales, hospitality, or customer service experience required.
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and social media
Ability to work Saturdays and walk the property as needed
