Job Summary We are seeking motivated and customer-focused sales agents to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting Medicare-eligible beneficiaries in understanding their healthcare options and enrolling in plans that best fit their needs. Agents will handle inbound and outbound calls, educate clients on plan benefits, and ensure compliance with all CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with professionalism and urgency.
Educate prospective clients on Medicare Advantage (MAPD), Prescription Drug Plans (PDP), and Medicare Supplement options.
Assess client needs and recommend suitable products based on eligibility, healthcare requirements, and budget.
Accurately complete applications using enrollment platforms while ensuring compliance with CMS regulations.
Maintain knowledge of carrier products, plan changes, and industry updates.
Meet and exceed individual sales goals and call performance metrics.
Document call notes and update CRM systems in real time.
Provide excellent customer service while building trust and rapport with clients.
Adhere to all compliance, script, and disclosure requirements.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of sales experience in a call center environment preferred; Medicare sales experience strongly desired.
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Comfortable using CRM systems, quoting tools, and enrollment platforms (e.g., Sunfire, Connecture).
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
