Spa Sales Groups Coordinator (HOT0C6JT) Work Locations
Conrad – Punta de Mita, Carretera Punta Mita, Sayulita, Km 2 Litibu 63734 What will I be doing?
A strategist responsible for group spa sales, driving revenue and designing exceptional guest experiences. The role focuses on promoting spa services, creating group itineraries, and collaborating with sales and operations to execute each interaction flawlessly. Promote and make visible the spa’s facilities and services, managing promotional materials and reservations. Create unique itineraries for guests traveling in groups that integrate the spa’s services. Perform strategies focused on selling and interacting with group clients. Collaborate with property sales and events teams to integrate spa services into group itineraries. Participate in family tours (FAMS) and facility inspections. Ensure consistent outreach that drives spa utilization and improves guest satisfaction. Track spa revenue performance metrics. Create a wellness menu and group activities, unique activities that drive engagement and recruitment. Research potential customers and develop customized proposals for each group. Anticipate guest needs and desires by analyzing profiles and preferences. What are we looking for?
Academic background: University degree in Administration, Tourism, Marketing, Quality, or related careers. Proven experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in sales, MICE sales, group or wedding coordination, site inspection, spa knowledge is a plus. Passion and experience in sales and high-level group service, strong detail orientation. Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish. Knowledge of wellness trends, luxury spa, entertainment and local experiences. Creativity, aesthetic sensibility, and a sense of constant innovation. Additional Qualifications
