ABOUT OUR AGENCY I opened my agency in 2021, and today I’m proud to lead a team of seven. Before becoming an agent, I spent several years as a State Farm team member, which gave me a strong foundation and a clear understanding of what it takes to succeed in this business. I’m very family-oriented — married, with four kids and a grandchild — and that same sense of family is at the heart of our office culture. Community involvement matters to us, and we stay active through events like Donuts with Santa and other local initiatives that allow us to give back. Inside the agency, I work hard to maintain a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment. I value dependability, positivity, and people who genuinely enjoy being part of a team. Culture alignment is everything here. What can a new team member expect when joining my agency? You’ll be part of a team that truly feels like family. This isn’t just a job — it’s a long-term career with unlimited earning potential, a competitive base salary, and bonuses and incentives throughout the year. There’s plenty of room to grow within the agency, and I provide hands‑on coaching to help you develop professionally and personally. We love to have fun, support one another, and make a meaningful impact in our community and in our customers’ lives. Your ideas matter, your voice is valued, and your contributions will help shape our success.
