The CES will be the front line point of contact responsible for owning the customer experience. They will be empowered to work directly with the management team to exceed customers' expectations. They will identify project requirements and specifications, administer and organize projects, and support teammates. The role requires an outgoing, energetic personality that loves being on the phone, solving problems, and meeting/exceeding expectations while selling all aspects of the project. Remote work may be considered after the first three months of employment, but frequent training and meetings at our Elkridge, MD

location are required.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders

Own all aspects of the customer experience from the office process

Daily project oversight to include monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progress

Create preliminary scopes of work to be passed on to estimating team

Review and validate job site documentation

Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end

Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed

Participate in the after-hours on-call rotation (Additional compensation will be provided)

Position Requirements

High school diploma/GED (preferred)

Previous Restoration Experience (preferred)

At least 4 years of sales and/or customer service experience

Ability to multitask and remain detail-oriented

Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications

Willingness to be on-call after hours 1 out of every 3 weeks to meet customer needs outside normal business hours

This is a sedentary role in a fast‑paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary. Must successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
