We support carriers, agencies, brokers, and other insurance organizations in streamlining regulatory operations and reducing compliance risk through innovative technology and deep industry expertise. Key Responsibilities

Conference & Event Marketing

Lead planning, logistics, and execution for industry conferences, trade shows, and events. Oversee development of marketing collateral and ensure effective onsite brand presence. Collaborate cross-functionally to create pitch materials, booth assets, and event-specific content. Content Development & Campaign Execution

Drive production of content including webinars, case studies, corporate videos, white papers, blog posts, and customer stories. Coordinate recordings and manage branded content generation with internal and external partners. Manage social media presence, email marketing campaigns, and account-based marketing initiatives. Maintain, update, and expand templated collateral for meetings, sales discussions, and events. Work with third-party designers and creative agencies to produce and refine marketing materials. Support ongoing brand rollout and alignment efforts, including website updates and digital presence enhancements. Budgeting & ROI Tracking

Track and maintain marketing budgets, conference spend, and campaign performance metrics. Partner with the finance team to analyze spend and ensure cost-effective and strategic decision-making. Report on KPIs, ROI, and marketing effectiveness across initiatives. Ecosystem & Community Engagement

Support ongoing communication with the company’s ecosystem of carriers, agencies, brokers, and strategic partners. Assist with drafting pitchbooks, investor-related materials, and conference prospecting lists. Manage targeted outreach campaigns across customer and partner segments. Qualifications

3–5 years of professional marketing experience, including at least 1 year in a corporate or B2B marketing role. Strong written and verbal communication abilities with excellent attention to detail. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Familiarity with marketing tools (CRM, email automation, CMS platforms, analytics dashboards). Interest or experience in insurance, compliance, technology, or related industries is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing organization and collaborate across teams.
