Position Focus: Administrative
Position Details: There aren’t many places like Pink Ribbon Good (PRG). Here you’ll put more good into the world and get paid for it! Being a PRGer isn’t for everyone. Being surrounded by cancer every day changes you. But we’d argue for the better. At PRG we are constantly reminded of just how precious every day is so we love big, appreciate the little things, and show up for one another. PRG is hiring a driven professional to work as the Executive Assistant to our CEO. This individual will be responsible for managing schedules, travel, expenses, and the inbox of the CEO and President as well as other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
Create and manage complex executive calendars, including creating daily task lists, scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and arranging travel.
Prepare and organize executive presentations, meeting agendas, expense reports, and other key documents
Support the planning and execution of major company events, including national board meetings, Ignite the Fight Galas, Survivor Celebrations, etc.
Screen and triage incoming communications, ensuring timely and appropriate responses
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion, professionalism, and integrity
Provide support on special projects as needed and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred and 3 to 5 years of working experience
Project management experience is a plus
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to effectively engage with donors, volunteers, clients, service partners, and colleagues
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to readily multi-task and pivot as needed
Proactive and results-driven team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Raiser’s Edge or other development tools is a plus
Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel on occasion
Ability to work some evenings and weekends as needed for meetings and events
Have a passion for the PRG Mission
This is a full time position with hours 9am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday in Pink Ribbon Good’s headquarters, located in Troy, Ohio. This position reports directly to the CEO/President. No phone calls please. All resumes to: Vicki Varvel at vvarvel@pinkribbongood.org
