Convenient Care – Advanced Practice Provider Rush Copley Medical Center, in Aurora, Illinois, part of the Rush University System for Health network of hospitals, invites applications for the position of Advanced Practice Provider at our North Eola Convenient Care clinical site.

Rush Copley Convenient Care serves walk-in patients with minor illnesses and acute injuries, performs school and sports physicals and provides immunizations. On site diagnostic services include Clia waived lab testing, X-ray and CT.

Duties & Responsibilities Rush Copley Convenient Care – North Eola is open 7 days a week (including holidays) from 7:45am-7:30pm.

Candidates must possess strong clinical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Applicants with previous Advanced Practice Provider experience in urgent care or emergency medicine is preferred.

Position Requirements Nurse Practitioner

Current licensure from the State of Illinois as a Registered Professional Nurse and Advanced Practice Nurse or eligible to obtain a licensure through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) application process

Master of Science in Nursing or Doctorate of Nursing practice with clinical specialty appropriate to position

Current certification by American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC) or American Academy of Nurse Practitioner (AANP)

CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications

Physician Assistant

Current licensure from the State of Illinois as a Physician Assistant/Associate or eligible to obtain a licensure through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) application process

Successful completion of an accredited Physician Assistant/Associate Program

Current certification from National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants

CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications

The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will promote collaboration between multiple disciplines to ensure cost effective and quality patient care. The individual who holds this position will exemplify the Rush mission, vision and values and act in accordance with the policies, procedures, guidelines of Rush, including the Rush Medical Group Customer Service standards. Successful candidates will also meet all other state and federal regulatory practice and accreditation standards.

Rush has over 600 APPs across the enterprise that provide comprehensive patient care each day autonomously and in collaboration with other members of the health care team. Across the system, the APPs are supported by 4 levels of leadership, including 39 Lead APPs, three chief CRNAs, and a Senior Director of Advanced Practice Providers. Rush offers competitive total compensation that includes base pay, benefits, and other incentive programs for our employees. The total pay range shown reflects the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, specialty; relevant experience and training; and other business and organizational factors. This total pay range is for a full‑time, 1.0 FTE employee, and includes any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role. Additional compensation may include premium pay rates, sign‑on bonuses, and relocation allowances. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.

Pay Range: $105,500-$138,800
