Lead Cook The Lead Cook is responsible for overseeing the kitchen staff who prepare, cook, and garnish meals for hotel guests and patrons. The Lead Cook will provide leadership and guidance to the shift staff and also work on the hot or cold line as needed. With a focus on quality and production levels, this position will assist the culinary team with their mission to exceed customers’ expectations related to food quality and dining experience.

Salary Rate: $25/hour

Banquet Captain The Banquet Captain is responsible for overseeing set-up and clean‑up food preparation for all banquet functions.

Salary: $16.50/hour

Bartender – Tommy Bahama Miramonte Resort & Spa The Bartender will play a key role in delivering a laid‑back yet refined guest experience by crafting high‑quality beverages and connecting with guests in true Tommy Bahama style.

Salary Rate: $16.50/hr

Catering & Convention Services Coordinator Responsible for assisting with arrangements, coordinating, qualifying sales leads, and conducting follow‑ups for catering and convention services.

Hourly Rate: $20/hour – $23/hour

Accounts Payable Clerk – Finance Team Responsible for processing vendor invoices, reconciling statements, and ensuring timely and accurate payments. Ideal candidate will have experience with Oracle, Paymode, and Craftable systems, and a passion for hospitality finance operations.

Hourly Rate: $19/hour – $22/hour

Storeroom/Purchasing Supervisor – Finance Team Oversee the daily operations of the storeroom and purchasing functions. Responsible for managing inventory, coordinating vendor orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods to support resort operations. Ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience in procurement, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Hourly Rate: $22/hour – $23.50/hour

Restaurant, Bars & Events Manager Will lead food & beverage outlets and event operations with a focus on service excellence, team development, and seamless execution—ensuring every guest enjoys a relaxed yet refined experience that embodies the spirit of the islands.

Guest Experience Host Responsible for providing the highest quality guest service as it pertains to checking in/out of hotel guests; assisting guests with their luggage; taking hotel reservations; and answering guest questions in a gracious and professional manner. Demands accuracy with daily accounting procedures.

Salary Rate: $18.00/hour

Steward Responsible for washing all dishes, pots, pans, service ware, and glassware effectively while minimizing breakage. Assist with a variety of tasks assigned by the chefs: food preparation, cleaning of the kitchen, restaurant and bar areas, machine/manual wash of all china, glass, silverware, pots, pans, equipment (both portable and stationary) and all floor, wall, ceiling and other work surfaces. Maintain a clean, dry, orderly, and safe work environment.

Hourly rate: $17.50/hr

Sales Manager Responsible for representing the hotel to new customer relationships, maintaining existing relationships with assigned accounts, and consistently striving to maximize revenue in rooms, public space, F&B, and all additional products and services the hotel has to offer. Integral member of the team that actively solicits and handles inquiries of groups that exceed 10 guestrooms per night. Focus on building long‑term, value‑based customer relationships that enable optimal sales objectives.

Salary Range: $80,000–$90,000
