Concordia University Irvine Men's Soccer is seeking a committed and experienced First Assistant Coach to support the Head Coach in all facets of the program. This position plays a critical role in helping execute the team's strategic, competitive, and cultural vision, with responsibilities spanning coaching, recruiting, administration, and player development. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to accomplish each of the below duties satisfactorily: Support all on field coaching responsibilities, including practice planning, training sessions, game preparation, tactical execution, and opponent/game video analysis. Collaborate with the Head Coach to develop and implement overall team strategy and performance goals. Support administrative operations such as ARMS management, NCAA compliance, team travel, equipment coordination, and fundraising initiatives. Assist in recruiting across all positions, identifying and evaluating prospective student athletes who align with the program's mission and competitive goals. Invest in cultivating a Christ centered team culture that emphasizes care for student athletes and a relentless pursuit of excellence on and off the field. Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university. Part Time Staff, Non-Exempt
