Why Work With Ampersand Therapy Ampersand Therapy was founded by therapists, for therapists. We’re a small, women- and minority-owned company local to Northern Colorado and Western Washington. We created Ampersand as an alternative to large staffing agencies—a place where your voice matters and your work is understood and supported.
Our leadership team often works directly in the schools, and we’re committed to fostering a culture of mentorship, collaboration, and impact. Whether you’re experienced or just starting in special education, you’ll be supported every step of the way.
Our Core Values Equity
– We listen, learn, and act to create a workplace and school environment rooted in equity. We support anti-racism education and donate to organizations like The Conscious Kid.
Community
– We volunteer with and contribute to community organizations including Special Olympics, Project Canine, and The Moth, and encourage our team to support the causes they care about.
Sustainability
– We prioritize digital tools, lower-waste practices, and a goal of being carbon negative as part of our commitment to the planet.
Equal Opportunity Employer Ampersand Therapy is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to building an inclusive environment where all employees feel valued and supported. We encourage individuals of all backgrounds to apply.
