AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate) – American Eagle Outfitters Inc.

Your goal is to provide everyone who comes into the store an amazing shopping experience and make their day better than before they arrived. You are the face of our company and are proud of it. You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day.
Responsibilities
People person: Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they need, with a “friends first” mindset; we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
Passionate about AE & Aerie products: educate guests on product details and make product suggestions that fit their needs.
Share the brand love: introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
Versatile: flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
Innovative problem solver: proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy.
Team player: always ready to assist your team in getting the job done.
Integrity: do the right thing and adhere to AEO’s policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Love interacting with people.
Full of energy and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when guests shop.
Love AE and Aerie products.
Experience in retail: prior retail work is required.
At least 16 years of age.
