Epic Analyst | Cupid & Radiant
Veterans in Healthcare – Onvida Health – 2400 South Avenue A, Yuma, AZ 85364, United States. Remote work eligible; onsite in Yuma available.
Position
Full‑time, 80 hours per two weeks, regular, annual salary range $95,439.68 – $143,159.51 (variable by experience).
Remote work may be limited in certain states per labor law regulations; onsite option in Yuma, AZ.
Responsibilities
Analyze, build, test, document, and implement Epic Cupid & Radiant applications for Cardiology, Radiology, and Imaging departments.
Lead project planning, maintain project plans, adhere to cost constraints, and provide status reports.
Coordinate routine maintenance, enhancement requests, vendor contacts, and application interface maintenance.
Follow change control policies, create and maintain test scripts, and manage workflow and software changes through testing and production environments.
Collaborate with trainers to communicate workflow changes, create tips and tricks documents, and maintain consistency across training environments.
Document, track, and resolve incident tickets; evaluate and submit system change and enhancement requests; meet Service Level Agreement metrics (92% incidents completed within 9 days, 92% requests within 50 days).
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, data extracts, and exchanges; assure consistent reporting, dashboard, and data extract processes.
Qualifications
Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Epic Certification required: Cupid & Radiant.
3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting with EHR systems in an analytical or implementation role.
