The Role We’re seeking a
Social Media Marketing Manager
who is a
true subject-matter expert
in social-first storytelling, creator marketing, PR amplification, and experiential activation. This is
not a generalist brand role .
You will be the go-to expert for how the brand shows up in culture — shaping conversations, building community, and translating moments into meaningful engagement across social, earned media, and real-world experiences.
What You’ll Do
Social Strategy & Execution (Expert-Level):
Own and evolve the social media strategy across platforms, creating platform-native content that drives conversation, relevance, and shareability.
Creator, Influencer & Affiliate Programs:
Lead creator-led and affiliate initiatives with a strong POV on authenticity, cultural fit, and performance — especially on TikTok and Meta.
PR & Earned Amplification:
Partner with PR teams and agencies to amplify earned moments through social, ensuring campaigns land culturally and travel organically.
Experiential-to-Social Activation:
Help bring experiential programs to life through social-first content, earned buzz, and creator participation.
Performance & Insights:
Own measurement across social and creator channels; translate insights into strategic recommendations and creative optimization.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Act as the internal expert, advising brand, media, and eCommerce teams on best-in-class social, creator, and engagement strategy.
What We’re Looking For
5–7 years of
deep, hands-on experience
in social media marketing, influencer/creator marketing, or consumer engagement.
Demonstrated expertise in
social-first storytelling, PR amplification, and experiential marketing
— beyond basic content publishing.
Proven success building and managing creator, influencer, or affiliate programs.
Strong cultural fluency and instinct for trends, formats, and community dynamics.
Ability to operate as a
strategic advisor and executional leader , not just a campaign manager.
Experience working with agencies and cross-functional partners.
Familiarity with tools such as
CreatorIQ, Sprout, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and Google Analytics
is a plus.
