Paid Advertising Specialist / Media Buyer – Google, Meta & Bing

Cleveland, OH (Local Candidates Only)
Base pay range: $50,000 – $70,000 per year
Manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across:
Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
Bing Ads
Drive qualified inbound leads for home improvement and residential services.
Monitor daily performance metrics including CPL, CPA, conversion rates, ROAS, and spend.
Perform ongoing A/B testing of ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
Optimize budgets and bids to improve lead quality and volume.
Track lead performance through HubSpot and/or Salesforce.
Build and maintain reporting dashboards using Looker Studio.
Use data and analytics to make fast, informed optimization decisions.
Collaborate with internal marketing and leadership teams.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of hands‑on experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Bing Ads.
Proven background in B2C lead generation marketing.
Experience with HubSpot and/or Salesforce CRM.
Strong data analysis, reporting, and optimization skills.
Ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable results.
Experience in home services or residential home improvement is a plus.
