What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Plan and execute field marketing programs and events (both in-person and virtual) for the Americas region
Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with regional pipeline and revenue goals
Manage logistics for all programs, including venue selection, vendor coordination, speaker management, and budget tracking
Coordinate with various marketing teams to drive event and webinar promotion across multiple channels
Track and report on program performance, including attendee engagement, lead generation, and pipeline impact
What is Required (Qualifications):
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, particularly in field marketing or demand generation
Proven success in planning and executing webinars and integrated marketing campaigns
Strong collaboration skills with sales, partners, and cross-functional teams
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with account-based marketing strategies
Previous roles in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Knowledge of data management and analytics industry trends
