We are currently seeking a highly motivated Provider Relations Specialist responsible for field and office activities in providing education and supporting the IPA/ACO’s provider’s network. The Provider Relations Specialist will be working with contracted providers on managed care operations and comply with IPA/ACO and Health Plan standards. Our Values

Develop trusted relationships and maintain open lines of communication with providers through in-person visits, emails, phone Conduct provider onboarding, orientation, and ongoing educational training throughout the year to ensure providers remain compliant. Educate providers on quality programs, including HEDIS, STARS, and other clinical/operational quality measures Review, analyze, and interpret financial, utilization, and quality-related data to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement Translate quality and operational data into clear, actionable guidance for providers to help drive improved outcomes and compliance Collaborate with other departments to ensure provider inquiries are resolved in a timely and effective manner Create detailed reporting of provider visits, inquiries, training, and growth opportunities Problem-solve and identify ways to address provider issues timely and effectively Work cross-functionally with internal departments Must be able to travel frequently to the assigned service areas Other duties assigned by department leaders Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience preferred 2-3 years’ experience in provider network scope of services Strong understanding of Managed Care Operations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient computer skills and Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions
Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where the expectation is to work in the field In the Atlanta, Georgia territory and at home on a weekly basis. The total compensation target pay range for this role is: $75,000 - $89,000 per year. The salary range represents our national target range for this role.
