Event and Field Marketing Manager What You’ll Do

Lead end-to-end execution and project management of Adonis’ full annual events portfolio (trade shows, field events, owned events, and executive programs).

Design, build, and scale executive-level experiences including CXO summits, CABs, and bespoke VIP programs.

Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to ensure events are aligned to pipeline, revenue, and brand objectives.

Develop event strategies that strengthen Adonis’ position within the healthcare SaaS ecosystem.

Own event measurement and ROI reporting, including pipeline impact and performance insights.

Manage multiple stakeholders and vendors to deliver high-quality, on-brand experiences. Create scalable operational processes to support rapid growth in event volume.

Elevate the strategic impact of events, not just execution.

Required Experience And Skills

Proven experience in end-to-end event execution and project management.

Strong background in curating executive experiences (CXO-level programming, Customer Advisory Boards, VIP events).

Experience in marketing within Healthcare SaaS, EHR ecosystem, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), or Hospitals and Health Systems.

Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to define, measure, and report on event ROI.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-growth environment.

Nice To Have

Familiarity with major industry conferences such as HIMSS, HFMA, and Becker’s.

Experience supporting or executing ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns.

Prior experience scaling event programs in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Base salary range for this position is $120,00 to $135,000.

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, we also offer competitive equity and benefits packages.
