Multimedia Specialist
We’re seeking a creative Multimedia Specialist to lead the end-to-end production of compelling video, audio, and graphic content that tells our story with quality and emotion. This role requires a self-starter who can ideate, cast a vision, and deliver polished multimedia assets, including podcasts, animations, and scripted videos. Strong writing skills and experience with podcast production and video scripting are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, produce, and edit multimedia content—video, audio, graphics, and animations—for internal and external audiences.
Create engaging written and multimedia content for corporate communications, including culture videos, testimonials, and leadership messages.
Interview stakeholders and coach them to deliver impactful messages in audio and video formats.
Collaborate with marketing and business teams to turn ideas into compelling content.
Oversee video/audio production from concept to delivery, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
Maintain the multimedia library of images, footage, templates, and brand assets.
Stay updated on trends and tools to enhance visual storytelling.
Coordinate with external vendors and audiences as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Production, Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in multimedia creation, preferably in a marketing or corporate communications environment.
Proficiency in video production (shooting, editing, sound), graphic design, photography, and animation.
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and similar creative tools such as Canva.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content formats.
