A well established and growing law firm is adding a Client Data and Marketing Coordinator to their team. This position will oversee the firm’s client management database and work with the office systems team to provide updated data on clients and client interactions, and support marketing initiatives to enhance client engagement, promote the firm’s brand, and support business development across Austin, Dallas, and Houston offices.
Key Responsibilities
Work with the office systems team to ensure the firm’s client database system is accurate, with up-to-date client and contact data to support business development and client relationship strategies.
Develop and implement client data management processes, including regular data updates, segmentation, and reporting, to enhance client engagement and retention.
Generate actionable insights through data analytics, providing reports on client interactions, campaign performance, and growth opportunities.
Support marketing strategies to promote firm’s brand in alignment with firm goals.
Support multi‑channel campaign reporting (digital, social media, print, and events) to increase brand visibility and messaging.
Work with clients to manage the firm’s sponsorships and event participation to ensure a strategic approach to client interactions.
Maintain brand discipline across all communications, reinforcing a cohesive “one firm” identity across Austin, Dallas, and Houston offices.
Support client event preparation and execution to ensure events reflect the firm’s brand as needed.
Use client data reporting insights to develop targeted client communication to strengthen relationships in accordance with business development goals.
Collaborate with Director of Marketing & Business Development to address client‑related communication challenges transparently, aligning with the firm’s direct communication approach.
Track and report on ROI for marketing campaigns, using tools like Google Analytics, digital content dashboards, and social media analytics.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in client data management and marketing.
Proven success in managing client data systems and supporting marketing campaigns, preferably in a professional services or legal environment.
Skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel), and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Canva, Mailchimp).
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail oriented, with ability to solve problems independently.
Collaborative approach, with the ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
