Report daily to our Springfield, NJ office Travel in company‑provided transportation to assigned New Jersey neighborhoods Engage homeowners face‑to‑face and educate them on exterior remodeling services Build rapport and represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm Set quality appointments for our residential sales team Meet or exceed individual and team lead generation goals Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and field training activities Qualifications
Reside within 30 minutes of Springfield, NJ Outgoing personality with strong people and communication skills Reliable, coachable, and self‑motivated Positive attitude and strong work ethic Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet Previous experience in customer service, canvassing, or sales is a plus — but not required! $18/hour starting wage + uncapped commissions (Top agents earn $70,000+) Weekly pay and clear performance bonus structure Paid classroom training and in‑field coaching Comprehensive onboarding and mentorship program Path to promotion into Team Lead, Canvassing Manager, and sales roles Medical Insurance Retirement Savings Plan Paid Time Off (Holidays, Vacation, Sick Days) Company outings and annual trips Tech Package – Smartphone or Tablet Provided Schedule
