Position Security Officer Flex - Security Clearance Unarmed

– Iuka, MS

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic aerospace and defense location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents, support a secure environment, and provide outstanding customer service.

What You’ll Do

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.

Conduct regular and random patrols of the location, including the business area and perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity.

Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives.

Monitor access points and help control entry and exit of personnel and vehicles as required by site-specific procedures.

Assist with emergency response activities, including evacuation procedures, as directed by site leadership.

Maintain detailed records and logs of patrols, incidents, and other security-related activities as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.

Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and/or contractors to provide assistance and information as needed.

Minimum Requirements

An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
