Key duties include processing endorsements, audits, and policy changes; issuing certificates and ID cards; handling billing and claims; assisting with renewals; and quoting additional coverages. This role requires a solid understanding of commercial insurance coverages to advise clients and ensure they have the right protection, along with strong attention to detail and effective communication with clients, carriers, and internal teams.**How You Will Contribute:*** Manage un-routed mail in a timely manner* Issue certificates of insurance and evidences of property insurance-working knowledge of contract requirements and forms needed.* Issue ID cards* Check billing status with carrier - Handle late pay/cancellation/reinstatement from beginning to end.
