to join their team. As an Events Marketing Specialist, you will be part of the Scientific Programs and Events Department supporting the global Purina Institute team. The ideal candidate will have creativity, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

St. Louis, MO (On-site required, with optional remote work on Fridays in line with company policy)
What's the Job?
Plan and host virtual proprietary events for the Purina Institute, supporting global scientific initiatives
Develop creative briefs and assist with messaging and design for digital event communication
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution
Lead the development of engagement tools such as apps and gamification to enhance brand experience
Analyze event success metrics and prepare reports to measure effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
Proven success in virtual event planning or coordination with creative thinking
Experience organizing virtual events and live conferences, with knowledge of current event technologies
Familiarity with platforms such as On24, SpotMe, Cvent, VFairs, or similar, with certifications preferred
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
