What You’ll Do
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with problem‑solving skills.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to deter unauthorized entry and prohibited items.
Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to deter potential threats and reassure employees and visitors.
Prepare detailed and accurate reports regarding incidents, observations, and daily activities.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency personnel as needed during incidents.
Carry and maintain proficiency with assigned firearms and other security equipment per company policies and training requirements.
Minimum Requirements
A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
Minimum of one year of armed security–related, law enforcement, or military experience.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age (required for armed roles).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
Disaster screening as permitted by law.
Participation in industry‑specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment per state/local laws.
