SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE - $2,500 for day shift hire and $3,500 for night shift hire - this will be paid out over a 1-year periodIFF is seeking someone to join our Sanitation team in Gibson City, IL. As a Sanitation person in this location, you will work in a unionized, industrial environment. 8-hour days/5 days a week. We offer a competitive benefits package. This includes medical, dental, vision, 401k, vacation, holiday and a bonus plan.**Primary responsibilities of this position may include, but are not limited to:*** Handling cleaning/sanitizing chemicals* Running floor scrubber* Sweeping/mopping areas* Follow daily check list* ###**Minimum qualifications for this position include:*** High School or GED* Ability to work safely, including but not limited to use of proper personal protective equipment, such as hard hats, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and steel-toed safety shoes* Able to tolerate exposure to hot and cold conditions, according to the season* Must be in good physical health* Must be able to climb ladders* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds* Must be able to read/write and follow instructions* Must be able to communicate thoughts and ideas effectively* Ability to determine proper tools and equipment needed to perform a task*While we are interested in all qualified candidates with the potential to work in the United States, we are not able to sponsor visas.
