We are seeking an experienced
Administrative Assistant
to provide high-level administrative support to executives. This role involves managing information flow, coordinating communications, and performing essential clerical functions. The ideal candidate will act as an information and communication manager for the office, ensuring smooth operations and executive support. Key Responsibilities
Supervise general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks. Review and approve invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents. Review and approve corporate documents, records, and reports. Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine significance and plan distribution. Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings. Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED required. Minimum
3 years of experience
in administrative roles. Prior experience working with executives is required. Top Skills
