Key Skills / Responsibilities
Guest Experience Gurus:
Greet guests with enthusiasm, seat them promptly, handle special requests, and cultivate a welcoming atmosphere.
Room Service Rockstars:
Master the menu and P.O.S. system, deliver top‑tier room service, and answer calls with style and a smile.
Buffet & Table Titans:
Set up and maintain buffet stations, clear and reset tables, and keep dining areas fully stocked and tidy.
Uniform Heroes:
Maintain a professional appearance by wearing the correct uniform and name tag at all times.
Safety & Standards Superstars:
Attend shifts reliably, follow company procedures for safe operations, and ensure menus and stations are clean and presentable.
Cash-Closing Commanders & Team Players:
Handle cashiering and paperwork, perform opening/closing duties, and support team operations through meetings and extra tasks.
Education & Experience
High School diploma or equivalent preferred; hotel or related experience is a plus.
Must meet legal age requirements to serve alcoholic beverages and successfully complete responsible serving certification (e.g., TIPs), as required by the property.
Demonstrated ability to communicate information and ideas clearly and effectively.
Skilled at evaluating options and making quick, accurate decisions, especially in high‑pressure situations.
Effective listener with strong interpersonal skills for understanding and addressing concerns from both co‑workers and guests.
Ability to understand financial information and perform basic arithmetic functions while maintaining composure and objectivity under pressure.
