Company is a solo regional flatbed operation running steel, pipe, and coil loads. Non‑forced dispatch – most freight keeps drivers in 4–6 states. Drivers run 2–3 weeks out with a 48‑hour reset. New automatic trucks you keep at home.
Pay & Benefits
$1,500 bonus on first paycheck
27% of load – $1,400–$1,600 average
Stay out & run hard = $1,800–$2,000+ easy
$40 cash every tarp
$50 layover once 24 hrs hits
$16/hr detention after 2 hrs
Safety bonus + clean roadside money
$300 weekly non-taxed per diem
Full benefits after 30 days
Rider & pet day one
Requirements
22+ years old
12+ months of flatbed experience in the last 5 years
Proven steel/pipe/coil background (coil gets priority)
No DUI/DWI in the past 5 years
Zero Clearinghouse violations
Urine drug test required – clean record
