Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Executive Sous Chef at Trout National - The Reserve, located in Millville, NJ. The Executive Sous Chef will assist in overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations including menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring high‑quality culinary standards. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, maintaining kitchen safety and hygiene, assisting with inventory and supply management, and supporting menu development. The Executive Sous Chef will also collaborate with the Executive Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences for members and guests.

Qualifications
Culinary skills including menu planning, food preparation, and knowledge of diverse cuisines; Management and leadership skills in training, scheduling, and supervising kitchen staff; Understanding of food safety regulations, kitchen hygiene standards, and inventory control; Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail and consistent quality; Strong communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving abilities; Culinary degree or equivalent training and certification; Previous experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality settings preferred; A passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
Base pay range
$75,000.00/yr - $85,005.00/yr
