Job Summary/Basic Functions

The Assistant Women's Golf Coach will assist the head coach in the administration of a Division I intercollegiate women's golf program in adherence with all university, conference, and NCAA rules and regulations to include but not limited to: coaching; recruiting; monitoring of academic progress of student-athletes; interactions with parents, boosters, and other constituents; marketing; involvement with camps/clinics; and other duties as assigned by the head coach.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree is required.

Experience: One year of experience required. Collegiate playing experience preferred.

50% - Recruiting and Development of Student Athletes (Essential)

25% - Instruction and Coaching of Student Athletes (Essential)

10% - Academics/Compliance/Business office internal paperwork (Essential)

10% - Camps and Clinics on campus (Marginal)

5% - Other duties as assigned by Head Women's Golf Coach, sports admin, and athletic director (Marginal)
