Job Description The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. Acting as the Floor Supervisor, the Key Lead provides guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively. This role is part of the store leadership team and drives store performance on the floor through customer experience and daily sales achievement.

Work Schedule Requirements

Schedule will vary weekly; expected to work 12‑16 hours per week.

Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays.

During peak timeframes, hours will increase to support business needs.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent (preferred).

At least 1 year of retail experience (preferred).

Customer focus.
