Job Description GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Surveillance Security Officer! We need a dedicated guard with a sharp eye, scanning screens and capturing detail. The role focuses on spotting threats before they grow in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, etc.

Site Location: Valley View, Ohio
Set schedule: Multiple shifts available
Shift 1: Sunday through Wednesday, 1st shift 6 a.m.-2 p.m.; Thursday, 2nd shift 2 p.m.-10 p.m.
Shift 2: Sunday through Thursday, 2nd shift 2 p.m.-10 p.m.
Shift 3: Saturday through Sunday, 2nd shift 2 p.m.-10 p.m.; Monday through Tuesday, 3rd shift 10 p.m.-6 a.m.
Competitive hourly wage of $18.07/Hour. DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees.

Responsibilities
Monitor security systems for suspicious activity.
Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports.
Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
Conduct regular patrols to ensure safety of premises.
Control access to secure areas, verify identities of visitors.
Analyze security systems to identify vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
Collaborate with law enforcement in serious situations or emergencies.
Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property.
Qualifications
Authorized to work in the U.S.
High School Diploma or GED.
Pass an extensive screening process.
Strong report writing skills.
Sharp visual observation and exclusive concentration skill.
Strong proficiency with technology.
Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better.
State license if required.
