Soccer Shots is the leader in youth soccer development. Our nationally recognized program offers a high‑energy, fun, age‑appropriate introduction to the wonderful game of soccer. Our innovative curriculum emphasizes both soccer skills and character development. Our goal is simple: to leave a lasting, positive impact on every child we serve. Role Overview
As an Elite Coach you will lead high‑energy 30‑minute sessions to kids ages 2‑8 throughout the DC/MD/VA area. Coaching children will be one of the most rewarding things you ever do. You’ll laugh, break a sweat, and go home knowing you made a difference. This part‑time position guarantees 15‑20 hours per week with flexible schedule and competitive pay. Benefits

$22‑26 per hour with seasonal bonus opportunities each year. Qualifications
Passion for working with children and a "silly, goofy" personality Responsible, organized, high standards, patience, flexibility Prior experience working with children (soccer experience not required) Valid driver’s license and access to an insured personal vehicle Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a background check Application Process
