Job Description and Duties This position is located at CDCR Headquarters. The primary mode of communication will be email, and candidates will register with the Human Resources Technology System (HRTS) to track application status and schedule interviews.
Working Conditions • Secured access facility with free parking. • Hybrid telework: report to office two days per week.

Desirable Qualifications
Experience with print, radio, and broadcast reporters.
Strong written communication skills.
Experience creating and producing content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
Qualifications and Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) Applicants must submit an SOQ. The SOQ should address the following:
Describe your social media experience and how you use analytics to guide content production.
Provide a situation involving crisis communications, detailing how you prioritized messaging and communicated with diverse audiences.
Describe your media relations experience, including writing press materials, developing messages, and responding to reporters in a timely manner.
