Spa Nail Technician - Serenity Day Spa
About the Role Are you passionate about beauty, wellness, and creating exceptional guest experiences? As a Spa Nail Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering an elevated spa experience under the direction of the Spa Director and alongside a supportive team. Your warm personality, skillful nail services, and dedication to client care will help build lasting relationships and a loyal clientele.
What You’ll Do
Deliver the Ultimate Beauty Experience to every guest, every time
Provide exceptional nail care services including basic and spa manicures and pedicures
Consult with clients, answer questions, and offer expert recommendations
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a relaxing experience
Build and retain a strong client base through exceptional service and rapport
Promote and sell appropriate spa products and services
Accurately maintain and report your schedule
Attend required trainings and team meetings
Support spa operations and uphold company service standards
Work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
What You Bring
State Nail Technician License(required)
High School Diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience preferred
Excellent communication and listening skills
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
Friendly, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor
Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
Willingness to learn, grow, and work collaboratively with your team
