Assistant Professor of Instruction – Applied Voice
Position: Two‑year term Assistant Professor of Instruction in Applied Voice, beginning August 2026. Following the initial term, the position may be considered for renewal.

Responsibilities
Teach applied voice lessons to undergraduate vocal music majors, graduate vocal music majors, and undergraduate non‑majors.
Teach studio class and seminar. Additional teaching assignments will depend on departmental need and area(s) of expertise.
Participate in departmental service responsibilities as required.
Recruit music majors into the University’s music program.
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in vocal music performance or a closely related field.
Successful college‑level teaching experience of applied voice lessons.
Preferred Qualifications
Doctoral degree in vocal music performance or a closely related field.
At least three years of successful college‑level teaching of applied voice lessons.
